(d)Bordering plot - University of Bristol
Snapdragon was commissioned by the Brigstow Institute and Migration Mobilities Bristol to create a garden at the University of Bristol around the theme of human and nonhuman migration.
The resulting two '(de)Bordering' plots included an outdoor teaching space, a hide for private reflection, and an engagement programme that involved walks, talks, events, and the production of audio media embedded on QR codes in the gardens.
Blaise High School Project
Snapdragon asked students at Blaise High School what they wanted from an unloved and littered corner of the school. They said, ‘a space for nature, to grow food, to hang out and to be creative.’

We used a range of diverse and accessible activities to work together as part of a Social, Emotional and Mental Health Project. 3 months on the new school garden contained a wildlife pool, bug hotel and nature hedge, a willow arbour, raised beds bursting with food to eat before the summer holidays, complete with composters and large sheltered outdoor art space.
